Not a single Peerstreet thread on the whole forum? I even did a search operator query for the entire site and came up with nada... Could be telling all on it's own lol :hilarious:

Anyhow, curious if anyone has ever used Peerstreet to place some short term money above an interest rate threshold successfully?

Open to other options as well, sometimes you can't tell what is a circle jerk with all these crowdfunding platforms popping up. (Fundrise looks slightly interesting, but tying the money down for 5 years does not...)

What would you like to know? I never used them myself but have invested with other RE services.

Thanks good sir! 10-4, haven't found a single person that's used them. I guess that tells me all I need to know.

I spoke quite a bit with the founder. Nothing I've found wrong with the service, just realize what type of investment you are getting into and the risks with it. It's definitely not for everyone (as most of the RE investment services).

Realize these are short-term debt obligations.
