Hey, I live in Germany, and I am currently building myself an online business, I am not selling products, but I'm looking forward to getting into affiliate marketing and ads, as you may realize, yes I'm still at the very beginning. The problem is that it is hard to make all the things with the legal stuff right, since you need so many things for everything, I'm trying my best with privacy policies, a cookie banner, a disclaimer and an imprint, which really is something I don't like, since when you don't have an office or something it has to contain your private address. Still, tho, I am scared of missing something and getting punished by getting a Waring(Abmahnung in Germany) for my site and potentially having to pay a fine. What are your experiences with legal stuff when starting, should I just mostly don't worry about it when starting?
