Are you proud of yourself?
Simple question, but with huge ramifications. This is what I use to determine how successful my day has been.
If at the end of the day, I can say that I'm truly proud of how I spent my day (Maybe I had a great time with friends, family, or got a lot done on my website or other businesses), that's about as much as I can ask of myself.
If you review how you spent your day, and find that you could have done things differently, you now know how you can improve for the next day
Asking and answering this question takes less than a minute, and yet it provides you with great insight into your current situation.
