Endured a little frustration with the design of one of my products. Working through about the tenth iteration of it and still without the final product.
Then I learned this: James Dyson, inventor of the Dyson vacuum cleaner among other things, developed 5,127 prototypes before finally going to market. Years later, his company is doing around $10 billion a year.
Suddenly my 10 iterations of my product doesn't seem so bad. I must stick at it. Always nice to use a little perspective as motivation.
