I've been taking some downtime this weekend and used it to watch all the Rocky movies (sadly, I have never seen them beginning-to-end before now!)

Just thought I'd share a quote from Rocky that I found amazingly inspiring:

By the way, I think Stallone is a great example of strong passion and discipline. Simply an inspiring man! He IS Rocky.

Great quote. I have never seen the movies. I watched the movie version of this quote on utube and really liked the last line... "Until you start believing in yourself, you ain't going to have a life. " Good stuff.

And regarding his friend Paulie.... what a friggin' hitchhiker! All he does is complain!!! I realize he's there for comic relief, but I see right through it!!!

Stallone is not only good with passion and disclipline-- but he also has tremendous talent. He is very underestimated as a writer.

His writing is really excellent. He also wrote and directed "Staying Alive" which was great.....

The man is smart, nuanced...... a treasure really.
