I have been a member here for a while, however I have not been very active lately and I used to lurke more than anything.
Anyways, after much thought and some failed experiences at selling products online I have decided to go for a bigger project, which is basically to launch a website in my country that offers services.
It is a proven method in other countries, but there is nothing like it where I live.
Should I pay someone to build the website for me and start thinking on how to market it or should I invest my time and money how to everything myself?
is there anyway to test my idea before launching the website?
