Hello guys, I need help !.
By profession I am a chemical engineer working in a well established MNC. Throughout my career I have been an ace and have been acquiring timely promotion & bonuses, until 2018. When I had a heated argument with my superior and from there onwards no matter what I do and how I perform I am being denied promotions and decent bonuses. Every year I hear new excuses and promises, they keep on giving me challenging tasks and I keep on performing but the net result is the same. This has affected my mindset in a very negative way, all I can think of is about the promotion and how my colleagues who were younger to me in organization and have not taken the challenging tasks but have been promoted.
I need help to break free from this negative mindset.
