Hi all,
I have 9 different models of a product. On Amazon, I group them together as a color variation family ( I know this is officially not allowed). The models do not differ by color, they differ by specs and price points.
This means that when a customer lands on the product page of one of my models, they can also see and choose the other models via the color selection.
Some affiliate marketers place one or two of my models/products on their website and get commission from sales via their traffic. They do that as "the top 10 x product" with a ranking.
Let's say they place only model A and B on their website. The thing is that they also charge commission if their traffic does not lead to sales of model A and B, but sales of model C, D, E , F or G for example.
My question is, is that standard practice in affiliate marketing and thus fair towards me?
