I've been doing some research into the lead sales area and it seems there is pretty robust software for capturing, cleaning, enhancing, and selling leads real time.
Software I've found so far:

- leadhack
However, this doesn't answer the question of "is there a marketplace for buyers?"
I was thinking about the strategy of placing your own pixel on someone's page to build an audience for retargetting in Facebook or Google for instance. Is there a buyer pool of people that would want to have their pixel placed on categorized pages for audience retargetting? And is there a place to find such buyers?
For instance, on a blog, you could have a post about guns and a post about home cleaning. The guns post gets another company's pixel for a gun class and the home cleaning post gets another company's pixel for consumer goods.
Does anyone know if there's a collection of buyers who'd be willing to have their pixels on pages somewhere on the web already?
