I'm in the proccess of improving my funnel and getting some opt-ins and setting sequences for each opt-in and even based on the user selections if I can.

I'm using MailCheat(Chimp)/mandril integrated on magento to send the regular order/shipping e-mails.

I've also seen people talking really good about Aweber, but I think they overprice a bit on the subscription max users.

So if you have some experience and are activelly using any e-mail marketing tool, I would kindly ask for your opinion.

Cheers!

Tiago

You can check out reachmail. I haven't tried them yet but I saw them at the Ad Tech conference the other day and it seems affordable.

I'm about to start a GetResponse account, check them out. I've heard a lot of good things about them and I think they're a more innovative company than Aweber (+the pricing seems to be more attractive too).

GetResponse is one of the big ones, way overpriced in my opinion, 45$/month for 5k subscribers ...

ReachMail pricing looks really nice, specially their free plan while we grow our lists. But I can't get to the sign-up page, says they are closed at this time :/

In my opinion you shouldn't save on email management software. If you choose a bad provider your delivery rate might suck, you can have multiple technical issues or even lose your list. I'd go with someone solid and tested. GetResponse, Aweber and MailCheat(Chimp) are definitely top companies in this price range.
