This might seem simple, but that's the magic of it.
Get a log book and write down the date. Write down all the realistic goals you want to achieve that day.
Every time you complete a goal, check it off the list.
If you try your best, but don't finish a goal due to time, write "incomplete" next to it. Then, the next day, add that goal to your daily list.
Do this every day.
Setting and logging mini-goals does 3 things:
1. Makes you action take, not action fake.
2. Breaks down huge goals into easy ones.
3. Reminds yourself of everything you've accomplished.
