First of all, hello to the whole community. I've been reading this forum for almost a year now and now is the time to share a little bit back.
At the beginning of this year I've come up with a way of investing money and creating your own little business with minimizing the risk of failure as much as it's possible.
The idea is to find proffessionals that do their job at home, e.g. tattoo artists, beauticians, massuers and so on, and create a real work-place for them. I myself contacted two tattoo artists and offered them creating a studio. It's been 7 months we're up and running and we closed every month with profit, even the first month! Long story short the investment paid off in 5 months, I've hired third artist and we keep on working!
Why is the idea good? Well, you minimize the risk of not having enough clients with your already somehow known employees. Every each of them brings their own pool of clients to the business. It's amazing!
What's even better, there's people like this in every bigger city, so if I want to I can do exactly the same thing in the nearest city and in the end, create a chain.
At the moment I'm trying to earn up enough money to open another studio ASAP.
Obviously tattoo studios is not the only way, it's something that worked for me, you might aswell open beauty or massage salons or whatever you come up with, feel free to throw ideas and what is more important, questions in this thread!
