Hi Fastlaners,
My name is Shankar, 38 yrs old and I'm very happy to be part of this group. This is my first public post , please excuse me if there are any mistakes
. It took me a month to pull myself together to join the forum to just say Hi to all.
I'm a software engineer with 14 yrs of experience, I have a wonderful family with an understanding wife and 2 beautiful kids. My father was a businessman and after a major setback on his business, with all financial struggle , I completed my college.
I joined a job to pay off my debts and support my family. From that time onwards my debit journey started, when I turned back I saw only a sand castle. With all the 14 yrs of my work I could not achieve what my father did in 10 yrs without any debt.
The Fastlane Millionaire is an eye opener , thanks to @MJ DeMarco. I felt that book really had a conversion with me and it has all the answers to the questions that have been bothering me for years and now I started the lane change journey.
I’m excited to be part of this forum and I’m looking forward to connecting with the community and getting engaged in a meaningful conversation, gaining valuable knowledge and contributing to the collective growth of this community.
