a new plan

First of all I'm proud of myself I figureds out how to post here! I just had to go to the full site.

Anyway my plan. I was going to work in North Dakota for 5 years. Buy my own trucks and make money that way. And after 5 years I would start trading and buying real estate.

But my plan has changed after I read a post on this forum. (Sorry about knowing his name) but one of the posters here said he was working really hard taking care of his family. And he had some business ideas. He actually left home. Went to California. And everyone was ridiculing him. Including his mother. Now he buys her whatever.(the post said something in the title about "my thousandth post"if it helps to find it)

He ended his story with the fact that he could still be working a bunch of jobs . Still thinking about ideas. But instead he took action. And left. Persued those ideas. He basically said he left everything and had know choice but to make these ideas happen.

SO back to me. I'm in Nd driving a water truck. Im new and I'm a horrible driver. And this job sux. The weather is horrible. The hours are long. And its about the loneliest life a person could live. So......new plan


ONE year here.Save all I can.and fund my trading account. Get a place and a pool table. A decent computer. And start trading. GOAL. To make it through the year without losing my whole account. All the while (working) on my pool game. It is something I aspire to be great at.

So . Basically I could sit here and think about what I want to do. And live a life of ideas. And hope. Or I can take the plunge. Put .myself in a situation to not fail. If I succeed for one year doing what I absolutely love there is no reason to not think I can do it for my whole life.
