Ok, these days being flexible is a good trait. Being able to change moves quickly can be a big advantage. But if you are a big clumpsy company, then how can you change infrastructure so that you can move as quickly as the smaller guys?
Let us take a typical manufacturing company selling cars. How would you make a car manufacturer so slim and so flexible it would be almost impossible to go bankrupt? How could you restructure a car manufacturer so that it could be, more or less, handled by a group of 5 instead of a group of thousands?
All ideas are considered. Just let it out there, but it has to be relevant to the question asked.
GO!
NOTE: Impossible does not exist, a poor imagination does.
