Hello everyone. I was an engineer in cooperate for 12 years and even went to a fancy MBA program but I never felt free. During that time I lost my father who went bankrupt after being fired after 19 years with an employer. I say the sadness that comes with losing your job (his identity) and having to rely on people for everything. That won't happen to me. I purchased real estate and it cash flows enough to pay for my expenses. I am here to learn build wealth NOW. See you at the top. My interest are real estate and dividend growth stocks.
