50 Year old teacher retiring in 2 and half years

I am a little different. I have played the game too long...but soon i will retire with a good pension (whatever that means).

I have had a business the entire time i have taught...28 yrs. I am a comedian and work with another guy in a 2 man comedy show. We make 3500 a show.

But i want to turn the entrepeneurial corner and get my five freedoms. Also I have 4 kids and I want to be able to help them more. And hopefully reveal to them a different model of success...so they don't have to do what I did.

Same boat here -- teacher who has always had side gigs going. Congrats to you on a career spent helping kids who I'm sure always provided you with plenty of comedic material as well.
