I'm Jordan, a 26 year old computer science student. Why so old? Well my road up to this point has been rocky to say the least. I started right out of high school into an undergrad in chemistry, after 2 years of shitty grades and 2 summer jobs working in lab, I thought, my grades aren't good enough to get me into grad school, so i'll probably end up working in a lab, which I hated. I dropped out and went to a technical school for 2 years learning graphic design and web development, after which I worked for 3 years at 2 different companies building and designing websites. After continually getting passed over to do more complex programming work because of the assuming I only knew how to do the simple web stuff, I decided to give school another go, this time for something I actually liked, computer science.
I'm pretty passionate about artificial intelligence / machine learning and currently working on some interesting projects involving computer vision. At the same time I'm also trying to validate these projects as business ideas through interviews with people who would be my target market if I were to build this as a business.
