Haven't made a formal introduction as yet but here goes;
First and foremost i'd like to thank MJ for writing TMF and providing me with a direction and definitive answer on financial freedom - those late nights studying and reading success stories brought me to your book which i stumbled on and purchased instantly a couple of months back
21 from Aus, been through a roller coaster of a ride through the sidewalk and felt the wrath of the slowlane early, as well as experience as a semi professional sports player for about 8-9 years. My curiosity and commitment to learn have led me to have read a number of books over the last 2 years in regards to business in general, success and entrepreneurship. I feel as though I've conditioned my mindset and ready for proper action within the Fastlane. The ideas i have are nothing without process and execution and i know it.
Heres what Ive been up to:
Currently studying full time,
exercising/keeping fit as always,
Dabbling in some buying and selling - I've eliminated all consumer debt - saving to start a web business to provide value I've been planning,
learning other marketable skills - basic coding HTML / CSS3 (to get a feel for it - don't worry I've read healthstatus' thread ), copy writing, marketing/online, and SEO.
My ultimate goal is to provide value to society; to be on the fast lane before i graduate in 3-4 years and have to look for a job in that field - The slowlane kicked me to the curb in 2013 and I LEARNED EARLY.
Feel free to comment, flame, enquire, anything - I'm here to learn and put it to practice.
Lastly, a HUGE thanks to the fast lane forum community and appreciate the time you've taken to read this!
