I has been selling online (Amazon & eBay) since two years ago. As my business growing, I started to do high-cost product that is more than $500 this year. But I found more people in this area open cases for credit card chargeback and return different product I shipped...
I got 2 returns this month but which is different product I sent them. I did all to dispute but I still have to fully refund them include shipping.
Today I got credit card chargeback issue for my another sale... this one costs 600 plus shipping.
I can not figure out why these buyers are so greedy and want to know other sellers how to deal.
Do you guys have any ideas or advice for this ?
