When I was selling a house on seller finance, bandit signs got me a great response and helped me move the house in two months. The down payment was lower than a traditional borrower, but I made the mistake of doing my first real estate deal in a renter heavy area. Bandit sign got me through it regardless.
They were also the top source of new customers in my lawn care business. Unlike Facebook, they created a high customer density, which is exactly what lawn care benefits from. If I actually lived in the US I would have put out 1,000 more signs and grew a healthy lawn care business. The blocker that caused me not to expand was having to hire people who already have a zero turn to mow the 1/3 acre lawns that are common in the area I targeted. (hard to find and demand most of the margin. Trying to buy the mower and have an employee store it sucks remotely).
I switched over to house cleaning. The problem was that bandit signs didn't work well for house cleaning. We probably spent more on the signs than we made back in customers and none of them stuck around.
I also remember when I tried to replicate my seller finance house success in land it didn't really work out. There's not enough people interested in land even on seller finance for signs to work.

Do you guys have any other niches or industries where you think that Bandit signs can get a lot of customers? I think it's an amazing channel if you get the niche right. Not too many local competitors want to put them up regularly, and in side streets they can stay up for weeks or even months.
