I'm committed to SaaS (B2B) and I'm just getting started. I wonder if it would be worthwhile to find people that are about the same stage as me also in SaaS and then make a "mastermind" where we can have weekly calls to share what action we took so we can take each other accountable, exchange strategies, moral support, etc. I've never done that but I did hear about it a bunch.
I'm not sure if this is a worthwhile thing to do or if it's mostly useless and action faking?
I do have a lot of software engineering experience (14 years) but I have no marketing/sales experience so I'm thinking it would be good to find people that compliment each other so we can help each other's out.
