It looks clean but: no reason to have two founder photos in two separate sections. Yankees baseball cap has to go. Either one photo with both founders or standardize the founder images - similar attire, similar background.

Also: you can't optimize a one-page website forever. You have to build more pages. Every page is like a small expedition into the wild. If you have one page, you can only rank for that page. And its seen as thin content, so will never rank in the first place.
