This week I launched Ship The Week. It's a productivity, goal-tracking, and habit encouraging app with a slight focus towards the developer/software engineering crowd.
The app can be found at app.shiptheweek.com, and I'll give a 25 free lifetime subscription for any fastlaners who are interested - simply signup, go to checkout with the lifetime subscription, and use coupon: FASTLANERS
I'm just asking for 1-2 pieces of feedback if you request that. Here's the dashboard:

Building this with Google's Antigravity IDE, I focused on making it extremely performant, fast, and lightweight. To do that, I used the following stack:
For the developer-angle, you can see a couple of things there: a Git-like commit history, daily/weekly sprints, a roadmap, etc.
Why this actually works for personal productivity is these are things that devs are already familiar with, but don't have a way to implement for their personal life.
To reinforce this further, I've heavily gamified it and introduced daily quests, levels, login rewards, and achievements. See the Achievements below:

Here's the breakdown of each tab:
Roadmap - add new milestones, "SMART" goals, and the option to sync these to the calendar. More goal-based compared to the Sprint
Sprint - add tasks (one-time or recurring), sync to calendar, link to a goal, due date, etc.
Rituals - recurring habits that occur daily/weekly/monthly,
Calendar - syncs and shows everything above
Focus - pomodoro timer, with short (5 minute) and long (15 minute) break timers, as well as a look at all sessions for the dya
Vision Board - big picture goals, long-term, with the ability to add cards, quotes, and target dates
Daily Commits - add your daily wins, push them as a commit, and it shows up on the dashboard commit history; daily streaks and heavily tied into achievements/gamified
Analytics - look back on your week to see how well you've completed goals, tasks, your habit completion percentage, and how much time you've focused
Achievements - claim XP, see how many goals you've shipped, tasks completed, etc.
Some other fun tidbits - refer friends for XP, share your profile (optional), light/dark mode
In short, the UI & tech is cutting edge, and I'm ready to start building more features and making adjustments based on early feedback.
My next step will be to build out the marketing website more.
Priced at $7/mo or $66/year to start out, and might throw in some lifetime pricing in there as well.
