Hey my name is Jayce and I'm a 19 year old from Wisconsin. A little over a year ago I picked up The Millionaire Fastlane which was the first self-help/business book I've read which completely change my life and perspective on money. Since then I've dropped out of college and hit my goal of making $100k this year from video games I've made and from my YouTube Channel (I have 180k subs) where I post videos about the process. Majority of this was after making $46k in October from selling a game (for $30k) and grinding on a great idea I had. After about September when stopped working on updates for that game I've kinda hit a wall. My last goal for the year is moving out but I can't decide on a state/city and I don't have another game idea I'm passionate about. This last month has just been mostly wasting time on social media and not really working on anything.
I decided to join this forum because I reread my notes from books and remembered this site and thought it'd be good to see if anyone has suggestions about choosing a new place to live or how to get out of a mental rut. I've been looking at Chicago (close to home), Austin TX (likeminded young entrepreneurs), or somewhere in North Carolina (A lot of YouTubers live there). I think it'd be a lot easier to move with a friend but I don't know anyone who'd want to go with.
I don't know what else to say but my goals for 2026 are hit 1M subs, $1M in revenue, and hit 100,000 concurrent players on a game.
