I’m preparing for the next marketing campaign for my B2B SaaS app and would really appreciate some insight from those more experienced with FB ads.
Here’s the background:
- I ran a $300 Facebook campaign (mostly static image ads) over the past month, targeting different audiences and testing creative variations.
- From that, I got my first paying customer, and 10 other users registered. Some gave very positive feedback and said they’re waiting on specific features to start using the product more actively.
- I’ve since implemented a bunch of new features based on early feedback and I’m about to update my landing page accordingly.
- Would you recommend going with flexible ads (multiple images/creatives in one ad set), or…
- Is it better to launch multiple single-creative ads and just see which one takes off?
- I’ve read conflicting things: some say FB picks a winner too quickly and kills off others before they have a chance to perform.
- Should I use one creative per ad set for more control and clean testing?
- What about video ads? I feel it might be more engaging but I’ve never made one and I’m unsure how to present a SaaS tool in a video format.
- Any tips or examples for SaaS-style video ads?
- If I do go that route, should I consider YouTube ads as well?
