Hi!
I remember when I lived with my parents:
It was comfortable, but I didn't grow as much, I depended on someone, it didn't feel right. It was harder to build habits and I didn't move in life as fast as I wanted to or experience anything fully.
So I decided to move to other part of the country, Pärnu. It's no Scottsdale, can't compete with that, but if you are from Europe and do want to see your family from time to time, then Scottsdale might be out of reach for now.
Soo. I have 2 rooms free. I rent a house near beach. I am sure most people would hate the winters, but springs, summers are great. I work in a co-working space with a small community (maybe around 15 people). Since it is small, you can enjoy more deeper conversations and you will not feel isolated working alone.
Living costs are definitely cheaper than western europe, but probably little higher than rest of the eastern europe, but not too much. Rent for you would be around €250, coworking space €130 a month. Rest of the costs vary on your lifestyle though.
So if you feel like you would like to experience something different, let me know.
