I first posted about this idea back in August. It has been a trying road for us, but we have finally finished the Graze app after giving up on our overseas developers and me taking the time to learn Swift and develop the app myself. We are a food truck finder app geared towards being the "Yelp" of the mobile food service business. Helping customers find food trucks and food trucks find new customers.

I am looking for anyone who would like to download the free app and give some feedback on Design, Features, Usability, or any other tips you might have for us.

I appreciate your time, I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. If you would like to download the App on the Apple App Store you can find it by searching Graze Food Trucks, or clicking here.

When signing up, the iPhone keyboard covered up the text boxes into which I was trying to type my email and password. That was obnoxious because I could not see what I was typing. The text boxes need to adjust position when the keyboard pops up. Could be that this is an issue for me because I have an SE, and therefore a small screen.
General design seems nice, though now I have no idea what I'm supposed to do, haha. I don't see any trucks on the map or on the list, and I don't understand how they are supposed to get there. Are you working on quick-tutorial/help features?

I just installed it and checked it out. I didn't have the keyboard issue mentioned above, but I'm on a big iPhone 6S.

I noticed that the truck icons to show were food trucks were wouldn't populate unless I zoomed in and then back out. I'm in the DC Metro area and didn't see any trucks near there, guessing that's just an untapped market at this point?

Anyway, the UI seemed relatively intuitive, though I don't understand the benefit of creating an account when I can see where the trucks are without one.

Tried zooming in and out, but I still don't see anything. And I know for a fact that there's an area right down the road from me where a bunch of food trucks post up at this time of day.

There's already a home delivery snack box company with that name graze | healthier snacks by mail
They do TV ads. There are food related active trademarks with that name too.
Seems like a serious risk of confusion and litigation.
Damnnn, that's a rough piece of news. They look very new, also. I wonder who had claim to the name first. There could be a legal ground for millerad to stand on if he incorporated / trademarked first.

Could make the case either way. Might be allowable as the platform is different. Trademark infringement litigation is expensive, and nobody really wants to do it unless you have huge financial backing (so it might not even be a threat). An attorney might be able to work it through if it ever became an issue, which it might not. The word GRAZE could be considered genericized.

Yes, I agree, I was just bringing it up as an issue to be considered.

I am super careful when it comes to naming decisions- to me, the ideal is the company name should be unique and it should own the business name, the .com domain, the same name across all social media accounts, and it should be trademarkable if desired.

But I realize that there are plenty of companies with similar names and it's a risk/benefit decision for the entrepreneur.
