60,

Doesn't seem like a huge number. 60 more times a year has to go by and I'll be within a high chance of being dead. Nothing else, no special exclusions, dead.

Although it seems pretty obvious, when you shine the light on the number of years, x60 of something doesn't seem much at all. Its an existential thought I had recently, and has really created a sense of urgency in my life. Years seem to go fast, and apparently go faster the older you get.

The only thing I want you to get from this post, is that life is limited. Make the most of it. Make the most of your time, because it stops for no-one.

Life isn't limited as you might think. I'm not in your shoes so I'm not sure if you're speaking from a chronic illness, or if your metaphorically speaking as in emotional, mental, spiritual death. Working with the elderly for many years, I can say some of them lived life joyfully, blissfully, decided to get their education even if they were 70, graduate, write a novel, write poetry, use their artistic talents, speak on their humanitarian causes. One psychologist I listened to on You Tube passed away in 2015, but made endless videos from the nursing home on psychology and relationships.

Age doesn't limit you. You're as young as you believe. I even took care of a woman who was 112 and I sat her at the piano, blind as a bat, but remembered the notes and keys in head. Played it the song beautifully and we all sang with her.

I believe you have to embrace life where you are, make the most of it, expand your horizons within your capabilities, find the inspiration within yourself, see things from new eyes, try something new. Do everything you've never done before.

I know some people wait for life to happen. They hold themselves back waiting for the right time to come. What if the right time is right now? Perhaps you just have to learn to dance, socialize, take part in the world, show up, speak your personal truth. What are you waiting for? Perhaps you're the one you're waiting for to show up. Stop looking outside of yourself for love, validation, approval, and know you have a right to exist, live it up, celebrate the time you do have, and never take it for granted.

You're on stage, in the spotlight, the actor in your own play. The past is irrelevant. Today is where you live.

at 60 , it's time to do the crazy things you should have done in your youth

if you don't have a "fuc** this" moment now, then you will never have one

and you will die like a fool

what is morality anyway ?

the other day , a 40 years old guy was saying that he couldn't sleep with the 20 years old woman he was dating because this not "moral "

what the hell ?

the girl is legal age and she wants to sleep with him so there is no problem

so morality is BS

life is a bit** so morality is what you think it is
