Talk to pretty much anyone about their goals or NY's Resolutions and they'll mention some goal or achievement...
I want to lose weight.
I want to bench 315.
I want to get out of debt.
I want to start a business.
I want to write 5 books.
However, if you examine any goal, ultimately, that goal's achievement depends entirely on saying NO, REMOVING something, or excluding some action.
For example, for the person losing weight... they have to give up/remove/say no to CARBS, or SUGAR or MCDONALDS or SOMETHING.
For the "get out debt" person, they have to give up eating out and impulse spending.
For the "write 5 books" guy, they have to give up television, TMZ, or video games.
In other words, achieving goals really is about saying NO and GIVING UP on something.
My question for you is this...
In 2015, what will you be giving up to achieve your goals?
And in December 2015, will you look back on this thread and say "I did it!"? Or "Crap! That lasted 2 weeks!"
The thing is, most goals could be guessed based on what you are giving up.
