You know ... I was talking about something the other day that I thought I should share as a PSA here.

You would be amazed how many (sucessful) people have been robbed blind by their own employees becuase they were too busy to mind the cash register. As a result, their secretaries and bookkeepers embezzled $50k - $100k right out from under them. Took the money to the casino ... shot it up their nose ... whatever ... the point being is the money is gone forever. Catching them after the fact makes no difference. It's gone.

Delegate your a$$ off. But NEVER be too busy to pay attention to what's going on in your cash register. Watch it like a hawk.

Don't learn this life lesson the hard way.
