Wondering everyone's thoughts on whether they think its a better idea to dive into a large billion dollar pond full of competition and hopefully take a small slice of a huge pie. Huge amount of competition but that's only because there is so much money spent by customers in that niche.... Versus --- trying to create a new market that doesn't exist, build your own little small niche or just diving into a smaller pond with less competition but far less overall people looking for that product/service and therefore a lot less money being spent in that niche. Small pond vs big pond?
