In a perfect world I would quit my job ONLY when my business started to generate revenue. However, as each day passes, i find my prime work time, happiness, and quality of life are diminished due to my day job. I'm no longer interested in it (it is a really really good job btw, but still a job). Going there everyday sucks.
Now, my fastlane business launched a few weeks ago. I'm only becoming more and more obsessed with it. I have drive, motivation, intelligence, and a lot of preparation behind me. I've wanted to be an entrepreneur since i knew what it was. And now in front of me i finally have a REAL business that I can start providing services to customers for.
Here's the catch, and why I wrote this thread. My business provides promotional talent to companies that need it. You've all heard of coors light girls, and monster girls right? Well I have a network of models that I can connect to those opportunities. I have over 200 models right now and it's always growing. Feedback has been great from them, they are happy to sign up. The problem is that I have not got my first client. So my business has not generated any revenue yet. I feel it is only a matter of time until it happens, and the market is proven, so why wouldn't it work for me?
This is where i'm confused. This is the risk. Do i take it? or Do i endure the bullshit life i'm living with my current job until my business makes money?
Also, i have enough money saved to live semi-comfortably for a year, but staying at my job will give me even more of a cushion.
