Prices how would I know this
Theres a few homes here in Arizona for around 15k or so obviously need a bit of work but not much, Dad does construction he should be able to do these types of works for good prices.
How can I know if this home is worth more or will go up more ? Or if it can be rented out and I will have renters ?
What are some good books to get familiar in this field ?
