So on Alibaba.com I can get streetwear apparel like snapbacks, GoodWood chains, etc. for less than $5 a piece. My question is if I were to create an online retail site, reselling these for say $15 a ton cheaper than their typical $45 retail price, could legal action be taken against me. Are the products legit or just great knock offs? I just don't want to create and market a site like crazy to just get myself sued haha. Thanks guys.
