I've been in Miami for a few days now and it's my first time in the US in 6 years.
I have to admit I've grown skeptical of the US over the last few years but...
...after a few days here I have to say this country is still so unique, fascinating, and impressive that there's clearly no other country like that.
The people are so friendly, casual, fun and so many of them are so unique in their style that I haven't met people like that anywhere else in the world.
The cars here are so huge and nice, with so many brands and models that don't exist in Europe. I see multiple Cybertrucks and Rivians every day while I think I saw just one Cybertruck in Europe and that was probably the only one in my country.
Customer service is so good I haven't experienced anything like that anywhere in the world. I had to rent a car, fix my laptop, buy some clothes, buy some kettlebells, went to some restaurants, went to a national park, attended an NBA game - pretty much uniformly the experience has been ridiculously nice, professional but also friendly in that casual American way.
Then there's the money - there's so much money visible everywhere here. I know, many people probably are in debt and pretend to have money but overall, it still does feel like the land of opportunity. There's definitely a different energy here, in many ways the opposite of what you feel in Europe.
I kind of regret I haven't visited more often in the last few years (though I was traveling to other places then).
