I'd like to preface this by saying I'm not looking for sympathy, death is inevitable and it comes for all of us. In saying that, I've received news that my father has 1 year left to live and it's thrown a wrench in my life, do you guys have any tips on how to deal with emotional struggles in a healthy way while not losing sight of your vision and plans for the future? Its very difficult to just not post pone everything and set myself back, I don't want that.
