Hey guys, I havent checked in on the forums in awhile and noticed that Ryan/IceCreamKid's account seems to have been deleted? Can someone fill me in? (The other Ryan).

I am not sure, I think it got deleted for inactivity.

You might be thinking of GrumpyCat. I think he deleted his own account over some people doubting his progress. There is a full thread on it somewhere.
