You don't see any riots, homeless encampments, drug deals going down, poop on the sidewalk, graffiti, and any threat of getting mugged --- looks pretty awesome to me!
One bed, one bath apartments here are $1752 and are very nice on the inside. Gables Leasing was the one I checked. Culture here is very diversified.Great on you @ZackerySprague for being in the moment and the perspective.

Spenny got MOVES.I forgot to post this here, but I danced at one of the best ballrooms in the UK a while ago. Laminated wood floors, three-story tall ceilings covered in gold leaf - the entire day made me feel a part of high society.
I've only been doing Latin and Ballroom dancing for a year, but the skill ceiling is ridiculously high. You could do it for a decade and still find more things to learn. We ask a lot, "What is your 'Lambo'?" whether that be a car, a nice house, or holidays.
Dancing is far up there on the cards for being my 'Lambo'.

THIS PICTURE IS SO COOL!After 25 some-odd years of not drawing or producing art, I picked up the pencil again back in September. Oddly enough, I’ve sold a few prints since then and am working on some as commissioned pieces. Lol, I didn’t really plan for or expect that to happen.View attachment 52958
Learned loads of news skills, made some memories, and still managed to walk away in the black (minus some damaged relationships).Interesting read, two guys try live Unscripted off the grid, and not with a lot of $$ to do so...
While it didn't turn out very well, but it looks like they'll be able to connect the dots looking backward.
Exactly!Chilling out in the countryside I ask myself: why the F*ck do I live in an apartment in the city?

This place is about 40 minutes from one of the biggest Polish cities. It comes with 300 mbps fiber optic despite being in a sparsely populated rural area so it's not like you're technologically-excluded and can only stare at sparrows. Awesome, peaceful views and lots of birds and wildlife included
Keep it up! When I was 26, I could barely run a quarter mile. At 29, I ran my first marathon in Dallas. I'm 44 now and I've run three more since then with a PR at 36 yo. Training can be brutal, but finishing a marathon is the best feeling in the world. In November, for the first time in my life, I started running. I struggled to complete a single mile without walking. I literally started from nothing.
Yesterday, I completed The Woodlands Half-Marathon. It was slow, and I had a bad day, but it's done.
More important was the process of running hundreds of miles in training, which was the real life change that I intend to continue. I also had a great coach, my brother, who basically hung out with me for 13.1 miles yesterday without breaking a sweat.
Looking forward to either a full marathon next year, or a lot faster and easier half.
If I can do this, you can.

Find yourself a wife who is #1 in the entire state (out of 4,400) and pushes you to do better.

Try New Hampshire if you can. Tax rate is practically half of what it is in Vermont and New York!Exactly!
Humans evolved in nature, not cities. Give your brain a break from the constant stimulation and overthinking of society.
I intend on living on a modern open concept style house in the mountains. Specifically in the Adirondack or Vermont areas in the States.
I would go fishing or hiking or camping or skiing every day.
Where’s DeMarco?
I’m saying where’s your wife’s nameI was 22nd out of 4,000+.
shouldn't these be programmed to not allow driving with the frunk open....? Considering this is also probably blocking the front camera...? Did you have it in maintenance mode? I would have assumed that's a general safety standard of any modern car.
