If, for example, Olga Unique is doing business from Russia, and Russia as a state doesn't give a shit about trademarks, who can sue her business?
I mean, yeah, Facebook can request her payment processors to block her or something, but isn't that all they can do?

WELL, unless you live a in another country where US Copyright does not apply in your country then you are good to go until you get extradited to the USA

payment processors will block her, her market size will drop quickly assuming she stayed selling only russia she would be fine under the circumstances you provided above unless then again the U.S wanted to extradite her

BTW for those driving by, the OP was taking trademarks (of course, unlicensed) and selling merchandise with it.
