Hi guys,
Things are moving along and as I'm getting my product built I had a couple questions.
I have a simple data collection software but it uses a a few additional features none of my competition has. As I am building this I'd like to protect my ideas. Am I able to patent such features, which are more concepts than an actual thing, so I can prevent others copying them as I am such a small business as of now?
An example of a feature is the field person to facetime with another one of our devices at a director type location. Paramedic to doctor at a receiving hospital. Or the sending of info to another location for notification.
They are really just a use of Face time and messaging but the application has never been done before.
