I have never used unconventional forms of aquiering Real Estate before. But since I'm self employed I am trying to find creative solutions to obtaining loans. Hardmoney lending seems like a good way to do it.Is anyone using Hardmoney lenders? Can you share your opinion on this matter. Thanks.
