Damn it, now I'm stuck listening to ABBA all day.

I listen pretty much to anything, from classical music to thrash metal to indie rock to electronic.

I pretty much never listen to popular music if I have a choice. Most of it is about topics of loss and sorrow. As a certified consulting hypnotist, I'm well aware of how suggestible the mind is when in a trance-like state, and music induces a trance-like state. I don't want those themes intruding on my subconscious. If I do listen to something it is either the "new-agey" stuff my wife likes or classical (alone, because my wife hates classical music). Heck, I've literally driven coast to coast without once turning on the radio. When I do turn on the radio in the car, it's either one of the XM business channels or their classic radio shows like The Shadow.
