I have a trash bags business. I sell offline through my networks and a very little quantity via Amazon.
Amazon has tons of trash bag sellers so the competition is very high.

I have noticed, in my country, there is no recognizable trash bag brand yet (like in the US, UK). So it is a void I can fill.
Also, none of the trash bag companies advertise much, or even do their own e-commerce?

In such a scenario, how best can I increase sales of my product?
What online modules can I leverage?
E-commerce? SEO? SMO?
Any thing I can do to make my product exciting? Let's face it, trash bags isnt really an exciting product.
Do subscription models sound good? No one is offering them in my country yet.

Can you make biodegradable bags? That would be a big value skew and people could maybe get excited about that online.

Could be a marketing strategy aswell.

Go to retailers?
Amazon is hard to beat at essentials but if you'll make some quirky memorable name then you might find place on shelves.
