Have you considered looking to sell it to another construction company?

This is not a bad idea. But I am sure it would take a few employees to make it worth any money to someone. This way the installation part of the business is turn-key.

f you sell, your buyer pool will be smaller and that buyer pool is probably not going to have much cash laying around so you might have to do an owner finance.

I am working on a deal right now for my current location. I am planning to finance one of the Sub Contractors that work for me. I am going to PM to talk more about it.
