Currently im having a email manager built into my site. It has things like automatic email alerts based off of selected criteria chosen by the user etc.
My question is.. how do i organize all of my emails to users>?
Lets say i emailed 10,000 email addresses (members) and 3,000 clicked through and 4 payed through the payment processor....
Now... i dont want to email those same people again tomorrow that clicked through or payed but i do for the people that did not click through.... how do i explain this to a developer>?
How do you possibly manage all these things. Id appreciate feedback and maybe even pictures if someone would be so kind. thank you
