I've been thinking lately, how important is your website name? Should it match what you are doing or can you build a brand around something new. For instance, google, amazon, hotwire, kijiji and so on all have nothing to do with what they are selling or promoting, it's a brand they invented. Then there are sites that have something like boatingincalifornia or jobsinjapan where they describe the website and the theme of the site.
