Friend of mine is looking to sell/close on his current property Feb 8th and will have 45 days to identify a new property.
He is looking for a multi-family apartment bldg with 22-35 units in Marin County, California (and possibly Sonoma); perferably on 101 corridor, as far north as Santa Rosa; not looking for anything east of there or anything in the city.
He already has an agent, but is looking for something YOU may know about that has not yet hit the street.
