I've just learned the hard way that the commandment of control isn't just about your product and your services but about the product or service you're basing yours upon.

Case in point - not more than six hours after I made this post about a product I'm about to launch on Google Places optimization Google made wholesale changes to Google Places that basically invalidates my USP and makes the data I've gathered meaningless.

I was relying on Google Places to stay basically the same for my product to be viable - my mistake...
