Hello

Has anyone any experience running a video streaming service (on-line learning)?

I'm interested to know if you use 3rd party video providers how you pay them and what you base the split on.

Example - let's say I have 100 videos on my site (all provided by various 3rd parties) and I charge 9.99 a month to access all of these videos (not download - streaming only).

What is a reasonable amount to pay the video providers and how do you work out that amount?

I'm assuming that it would be based on how many views there videos got - for example if a person got no views then they get $0 but if they got a few hundred views of their videos would you pay them per stream, per view etc (what if someone only watch a few seconds of the video and then turned off?)

Any info around how this might work would be much appreciated!
